We do not do any installs. We do not provide directions or assembly instructions for any of our products. We do not provide engineering plans or drawings or CAD drawings. Customer is responsible for obtaining all building permits. Items can be picked up or delivered. Delivery charge ranges from $35 on up depending on your Location. Delivery is available to anywhere in the United States. However, some locations will require outside freight company.
THERE WILL NEED TO BE 1 OR 2 PEOPLE THERE AT TIME OF DELIVERY TO SIGN FOR RECEIPT AND HELP DRIVER UNLOAD. WE SHIP ON A TRUCK WITH A FLAT-BED TRAILER. IF YOUR ROAD/DRIVEWAY IS INACCESSIBLE, IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO MEET THE DRIVER WITH YOUR TRUCK OR TRAILER.
